INSOLVENCY
We work closely with businesses in the Insolvency sector in the offshoring of cashiering and case administration work.
Insolvency Cashiers - We have access to an abundance of accounting / finance professionals and graduates, who are easily able to transfer their skill set to this line of work. In addition, we support our clients in identifying any skill gaps that exist with the candidate and deliver introductory training to the Insolvency sector and more specifically cashiering.
Case Administration - South Africa produces 7,000 legal graduates per annum, however due to high unemployment in South Africa and various other challenges, many graduates from the top legal universities choose a different career path. In relation to the Insolvency sector, there is no formal qualification for a case administrator. However we have found that legal graduates due to their personality traits, attention to detail and process driven approach, are ideal junior / entry level case administrators.
As part of our service, we provide successfully appointed candidates with induction training to UK insolvency legislation.
